One Night Ultimate Werewolf Daybreak
Your village is suffering from werewolf attacks, but you don’t know who it is! You suspect one and the other and the atmosphere has become laden with suspicion. To top this, some villagers are confusing matters. Now it has reached a point where all the villagers are to gather together and decide who is the werewolf, and get rid of him or her!
One Night Ultimate Werewolf Daybreak is an enhanced version of One Night Ultimate Werewolf. The game, designed by Ted Alspach and Akihisa Okui can accommodate 3 to 7 players. In fact, the more, the merrier, with this game. The artwork by Gus Batts is intriguing and in line with the theme of the game.
The gameplay has two components: night and day. The players are dealt cards on the basis of which they take up a specific role. One is the werewolf! During the night, some of these players will wake up and perform some actions. Once it is daybreak, the players need to wake up and discuss on who the werewolf could be so that it could be killed. Just make sure that everyone has their eyes shut during the night, and no one cheats!
But in actual fact, it isn’t that easy. If you choose the wrong player as the werewolf, you kill an innocent person and you lose the game. Besides, the werewolf also has some allies among the villagers. This enhanced version contains eleven new roles to choose from. This means that people really have no idea which roles are involved in the game, creating more confusion – and fun.
The game can be played multiple times and is a great party game. The game works well as a filler game and the gameplay doesn’t go on for more than 10 – 15 minutes, if that!
