Our returns policy lasts 28 days. You can return any item for a full refund provided the goods are unused and unopened.
The only times we don't accept a return is if it is used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete.
If the product is faulty or wrong, we will pay for the return delivery.
If you've changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
My item is damaged!
Please contact us with images of the damage. If the item has been damaged in delivery, we'll take care of this on our end and offer a refund, replacement or part reimbursement.
