Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your item, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have opened or damaged the packaging, we'll still take it back but we'll charge a 15% re-stocking fee. If it's brand new and unopened, we'll give you a full refund. The only times we don't accept a return is if it is used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
If the product is faulty or wrong, we'll of course pay for return delivery.
